Legal action against school for not giving permanent teacher's status

I work in a school they told me at a time of joining that they take me permanent after 3 years but after that they said ctet compulsory to clear now they renewal yearly basis my contract now i after 6 years they do the same thing..work same but give half salary than permanent teachers who are not qualified ctet as well.What legal action shall be taken?

First of all you need to see that whether the promise of making you a permanent teacher was a written agreement or it was an oral promise.However you can send them a legal notice seeking the clarification on the issue and stating your demands for being a permanent teacher. You also need to look upon that whether the rule of clearing this exam was
there at the time of your joining or not.
