Legal action against employer for non payment of salary

My boss is pushing my salary date from last 20 days. Everyday he says it will done tomorrow.What legal action can I take?
Consult any advocate and issue legal notice by stating the problem meantime the go through the terms and conditions of offer letter by seeing what is your liability against them. Meantime you have to be prepared to the worst when you go against your company anyhow see to that you are not guilty in any manner.
