Left job without serving notice period what legal action can be taken

I joined a job in a private company and left with in 15 days after joining. In my offer letter it is mentioned that I must serve a 2 month's notice before leaving the job. What legal action can be taken by the company for not doing the same. Regards

Yes, he has all the rights to sue you. As you have violated the terms of agreement so he can file the case in the civil procedure code as well as contract act can also be invoked here. As per the recent development in law made by the Supreme Court and various High Courts, such bonds are lopsided and are not legal and enforceable under law.
