Left Job in PSU without informing, what legal action can they take

11-May-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I was working in a PSU which had a bond agreement of more than 2 years. After 2 months of working I got admission in MBA. When I joined the organisation, I was not sure whether I would get admission or not. As the bond period was more than 2 years I had no other option than to quit and the bond amount was also very high. But as I didn't have any money to pay back the bond, I left the organisation without informing anyone. Suggest me what should I do next?

The company may take an against you by not paying you the salary of the said month. erving of notice is mandatory in corporate environment. Its done basically to severe the relation of an employer and employee and you put on notice the employer or employee as the case may be for their arrangement and not taking by surprise.

if you haven't served mandatory notice period you may be held liable for damages, as you left the job without any intimation or in case any agreement for basic salary pay.
