By blacklisting an employee, an employer is subjecting himself to possible legal action. For an employer to blacklist an employee, there should be solid legal ground or a grave inaction or mistake on part of the employee. Though there are no clear guidelines on the grounds for blacklisting an employee, legal action can be taken against an employer who blacklists an employee without just cause and sufficient proof.
