labour right in ngo sector for being forcefully terminated

I am employee of one ngo.working here since 4 years but I have no appointment latter and no attendance register.Now ngo wants to rustricate me forcely.In this moment what is my right?

As stated by you, you neither have appointment letter nor attendance record.Please arrange to collect documents showing your employment status.Can they deny your services that you have rendered for the last four years.Anyway contact Lawrato for further course of action.

MY OPINION THAT i am follow your problem, and i come to know, you have served that NGO last 4 years consecutively but it unfortunate that you have terminated by them without any valid reason, there are so many quires are evolved how they provide salary / salaries to you, if there are valid documents of that NGO, you have so many legal options to recover you.
