l am eligible to get regular employment in LIC after the judgement

Supreme court has passed order in regard TTFTTL v/s L.I.C. civil appel no. 6950/2009 to absorb the temporary employees who worked in l.i.c. for 85 days. I have work in l.i.c. as an assistant during the period 10 october 1997 to 6 january 1998.? Plz tell me i am eligible to get regular mployment in l.i.c. on behalf of this judgement of supreme court???
If your are working with LIC as a temporary workmen, then as per the such judgement the corporation has been directed to absorb you.
However, if you are not working with LIC and working in some other organization, then this judgement is not applicable.
