Sir, I lohith working as a central govt employ (Railway) and my wife as working karnataka govt teacher hence applied teachers transfer both in govt priority but not considar the both in govt why? how to appiliate against the education dept pls assist. Thanking you sir.
first you need to give proper representation in writing to the concerned department head and thereafter you need to approach Karnataka Administrative Tribunal against such refusal. Even if you are aggrieved by the Order then you can approach High Court of Karnataka.
