job termination without proper reason

I was working with an US MNC ,based out at Mumbai , since June 2014 In may 2016 ,.my wife filed a false DV case at Jaipur , home town of both. It is assumed that She then started sending letters with unknown name blaming me and my other collogues for fraud with company .I informed my HR and my boss ( germany). On 20th Aug my HR and boss told me that they found some proof against me and terminated me without giving proper reason .my work has been appriciatee during my tenure . Due this termination my whole carrer is jeopardised . I want to sue the company with companstaiin.

Yes you can file a case against the company for wrongful termination. You need to send them a legal notice initially to start the legal process with. After which you can file a case. You need to prove that the termination is not justified and the company has not conducted any inquiry before terminating you.
