is my wife entitled for allotment of house?

my wife is working as a head Librarian working under Central Govt. we have not been allotted the house as per Seniority level. it has been given to the juniors. how can we proceed in it. can we file a case? and in which court do we have to file
Dear concerned, if your juniors are given the house and if you have been deprived of your entitlement despite your seniority, then it is a clear cut violation of your rights and the remedy is to approach the High Court under Art. 226 of the Constitution i.e. by way of a Writ Petition.
