Is it legal to take employee original marksheets as a job security? Should I submit my documents for 2 years?
Dear
Employers cannot take original documents as a security legally. Only he can ask you to sign a bond in terms of money that as per that terms and conditions some amount can be fixed only in case he is going to expenses on you for some special training other simple one month notice and three months salary.
