04-Jun-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Sir I want ask that case under sec 224ipc is an obstacle to apply a govt job. If soneone may be convicted in this case is eligible for a govt job.?
Dear
If you are convicted for the offence under section 224 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 definitely it will act as bar in government service. But for that you should have been convicted. If you are charged with the offence but not convicted or under trial then it will not act as bar in government service.
