Interest not awarded on delayed payment of leave what to do

28-Jul-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I was compulsorily retired from UCO Bank in the year 2010. I filled writ before Hon'ble Allahabad HC for the release of leave encashment . Yesterday i got the order in my favour. But court hasn't awarded me interest for the delay of 7 years in payment of my retiral benefit. its division bench. Now please guide me regarding where i should challenge this order as almost every high court has awarded interest for delayed period and mine delay is of 7 years. Do i need to file SLP(c) before apex court or i can file appeal in high court?

First of all you should see that what was the prayer in the writ petition. Whether the payment of your retiral dues or interest of those payment were asking for. If not prayer for payment of interest was asked then you should file another writ petition before the Allahabad High Court again. you can also consult to me for these as I am also practising there.
Thanking you.
