Institution lost my experience certificate what to do

i am working in educational instituion .my institution lost my orginal experience certificate for four years what to do. can i ask for compensation.
Yes you can send them a legal notice to issue you a new experience certificate and if the institution denies then you can file a civil suit in the jurisdictional civil court claiming compensation and experience letter for the same.

You can ask for compensation from the educational institutions but you have to prove that the original experience certificate was handed over to the institutions.
You have also to prove the acknowledgement has been given by them.
Please send a notice through a lawyer claiming compensation on the ground of how much loss has happened to you due to the lost of the certificate.
