Indemnity Bond signed but company did not make any expense on training

I had 3 years indemnity bond with a company against some amount. However, now i want to get married and settle down in my hometown. I resigned due to that completing 1.8 years in the company. My company notice period is 3 months. I can't serve 3 months and asked them to relieve me maximum after 1.5 months. However, they are asking me to pay bond amount which I agreed to pay with so much pressure as i don't see any expenses company did on me like training etc, nothing at all. We have been assigned work right after joining the company. Totally unfair they asking bond amount + 2 months gross sal
You have signed a contract and by breaching the terms, the company is entitled to recover the same from you. The company has to file a suit for recovery against you and prove in the Court of Law and then get recovery from you.
