Incentives not paid what action can i take

I used to work for a privated limited travel company.Were our salary structure was fixed +incentives .i was due to get incentive of 65000 inr.But owner first played the delay tectics and they stop responding.I was on leave without pay then as i was attending few exams.one day he picked the all and we have some heated argument.Following which he filed a complaint against me to which i also filed a counter complaint.After hearing both sides police supported me.But now owner even stopped responding to poice calls.i have to resign after these events.Now i wanted to know what legal options i have.

Whether their is a case in favour of you to get incentive can only be said with certainty after seeing your contact with the employer since the payability and amount of incentive is dependent on variables which are the part of your contract.

You could approach the Labour Inspector and make a complaint regarding the non payment of salary or a complaint in this regard could be filed with the magistrate. You could also file a suit for recovery of the amount.
