Implementation of CGIT award aplication stutus

I am working with lic temporary assistent class iii in period 1989 to 1991 more then 110 days in veraval & i am apply application of cgit award notification, 13/08/2015 pleas how meany time this application status
If your are working with LIC as a temporary workmen, then as per the such judgement the corporation has been directed to absorb you.
However, if you are not working with LIC and working in some other organization, then this judgement is not applicable.
