Illegal termination without paying salary

I have joined a company five months back, last month they have asked me to resign and serve 30 days notice period, i have resigned and was serving notice period,on 27th day of my notice period I was called to meet hr, there they have taken my ID card, company mobile and locker key and asked me to leave without doing any exit formalities and without giving any relieving letter, now I have lost my job along with one month salary, what legal action I can take?
