illegal termination of wife by company

My wife was working in AAVIN, Tamilnadu Government agency from August 2015. On 15 July 2016, she was terminated stating her selection was done on miscalculation of her marks - SHE WAS MISTAKENLY AWARDED MARKS FOR HER MASTER's DEGREE. Is there any legal change to oppose the termination decision???

Even in the appointment letter itself, there would be a clause to terminate from job if the mistakes are found later on. the same would apply to the mistakes committed by the AAVIN also. but we can contest the same by taking a stand that for the mistakes committed by the AAVIN , the delinquent should not suffer. Whats is age of your spouse. if she is in the age of crossing the eligibility for other govt job, then we can plead if she was rejected at appropriate time, she might have applied for other Govt Job
