Sir/ Madam, I was terminated from my school for highlighting a security lapse by my supervisor. In haste I accepted the resignation also. I have all the proofs and audio recordings supporting that I was not wrong. Can I still go ahead and file a legal case on my employer for illegal termination.
yes you can approach the Labour forum or School tribunal regarding termination. if you have the proof which would help others and you to get your job back. have you resigned as well which has been accepted. if yes then there can be a slight issue which means that resignation is taken by force.

If you have all the documents and believe that your employment was terminated without any lawful reason, then you can send a legal notice calling upon your employer to reinstate you or pay compensation. If it is an organisation covered by the Industrial Disputes Act, you can seek reinstatement but if not, you can probably seek monetary compensation only.
