Illegal termination can complaint be filed at labour court

HI, I wanted to file petition in labour court against illigal termination in labour court directly. But by mistake i have filed it in labour office with ADLC. To correct this I have filed separate petition in labor court as well. Can both case proceed simultaneously or i have to withdraw any 1. is it possible to withdraw petition filed first- i.e with ADLC now, as i want the case to proceed in labour court.
No case of similar nature can proceed in two courts. You need to withdraw the petition from the court which has no jurisdiction over then matter.
