Illegal revocation of the offer given by an employer

22-Jan-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
An employer offered the candidate after duly verification on references and completion of all the requisites. The candidate accpted the offer and confirmed the joining date.. Meanwhile candidate resigned from his current employer and asked for early relieving just 7 days prior to the joining date given to new employer. But just 3 days before the new employer revoked the offer stating that there is some irregulaties in credentials of the candidate obtained from the market. What are the possible ways to handle with employer to get the job as per offer or to claim the compensation as the candidate is jobless now.

do you have an offer letter from from the employer and a confirmation letter for your posting mentioning the date date of joining as well as mention that they have duly verified the references given by you. If you are having documentary evidence, they can't revoke order without having your explanation on the matter. You may approach High Court of territorial jurisdiction

for these types of query you need to give other detail such as kind of work allotment, nature of job and location too. Once you have sacked in probation period its the right and discretion of the employer, but still you can have the case that, depends on your offer letter.
