If the car owner doing any illegal activity. Is driver responsible?

If the owner of any business is doing any illegal activity and any one working with the same owner as a driver of his car. In this case if police arrest owner and also arrest driver. Kindly tell me why policy arrest driver. Even he dont aware of his owner business or his activity
You should try finding out the reason by going along with an advocate as to why the driver has been arrested for any reason. May be his arrest is in respect to fact findings of the records and may be he be released thereafter. Or may be he has been arrested because he is one of the suspicious person in the crime and that his release been done only after finding the proofs otherwise. Or may be he is actually involved into it and you are not aware about that.
