You are required to sent him a legal notice asking for your valid due and the salary which were required in against the notice period which was mandatory for you to serve before you could leave the job and join a new one.
Also you need to ask them for your reliving and experience letter by that legal notice.

certainly it is the violation of the labour laws, so therefore you can file a complaint before the labour commissioner of the area where the company was operating from. you can also send a legal notice aswell to the company and demand your pending salary .

Did you send any written communication if not do so quickly asking employer to settle dues in 15 days.
After the period is over, send a legal notice through advocate.
On expiry of notice period, if not replied, or if replied unsatisfactorily, you may file a recovery suit in district court.

Hi

Will glad to help you. Its wrong on the part of the company to terminate you without giving you notice. You can file a suit for recovery of money before the District Court. Let me know what all help you need.
