I was off duty for few day company gave my position to someone else

Dear sir,I am a medical representative due to some reasons I was gone to Delhi for my father treatment when I came back I had seen that the employee who is covering patna-2 area ,is also covering my patna-3 area without my information,when I communicate this to our seniors they said that it is covering because they thought I had joined some other company,I had not mailed him my resignation how they will decide.plz suggest
Your employment in the private company depends upon the terms and condition of your employment contract. In case of wrongful termination, you cannot be reinstated from your employment but you can claim for compensation for the wrongful termination.
