I was forced to resign from job against my wish what to do

I was a Relaince jio employee my subordinate sent his goon brother's to thrash & assault me ,then second day instead of taking action on him ,my boss Forceing, harassing me for resignation, therefore due to pressure I resigned from my position at 18 July 2016, but still now I was not justice, I was trying to go at Labour commissioner office & Labour Court but they are not accepting my complaint because I was not completed 6 month , therefore I request you to please help me .
