i have not recieved my annual bonus from my company.

Dear sir, I have not recieved my annual bonus from my company. Please suggest. What action can i take?
If the company is not in profit then they are not liable to pay bonus to their employees as per the laws of this country. So to make any sort of claim on bonus you have to first insure that your company was a profit making company. If that being true then you can send them a legal notice first and then you can file a case against them if they refuse to honour your legal notice.

Every company have it's own rules regarding the bonus and some other provisions like promotion etc. and in your case it's difficult to advise any thing without knowing the actual rules of the company where you are currently working.
