I got illegally terminated, what action can I take ?

Hello, Request your advice if my designation and salary is covered under ID act. My designation Manager but did not perform any managerial duties. Salary take home Rs43000/ as i am a victim of Illegal termination and case is in labour court know.
When you have joined the company etc., not mentioned properly, if you have got terminated letter without any intimation can file a suit for all legal dues and question the termination etc., in the court of law. Consult me for further process.

ID Act would govern 'workman' as defined under the Act. The word 'manager' is a vague term and usually courts go into the details of your job profile and duties handled by you to conclude whether you would be 'workman' or not.
