I didn't serve notice period employer is mentally harassing me

17-Feb-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)

Hi, i am an employee with Citicorp Services India pvt. Recently i decided to resign and before sending the resignation email i spoke to my manager about my last work day to be 26th Feb 2016 which was just over 2 months of notice period and one month notice i was suppose to buy, as we have 3 months notice period. My manager said as you do not have much of an handover to give 2 months should not be a problem. Now that my last date is near he refuses to release me even when i am buying 1 month notice. He is constantly frightens me about the legal action if i leave without notice. Please advise.
