How will a person leave a job without paying the bond amount

Dear sir/mam, I have signed a bond with my current employer but i do not wish to continue the job. The bond states that i have to pay Rs 2 lakh if i leave before 12 months and Rs 3 lakh between 12 and 24 months. Please help.
in this case as you have signed the contract then you will have to pay the bond amount. However you can negotiate with the organization as to what are your compulsions and why are you leaving the job. They can give you some relaxation regarding the payment or something related to this.
