How to take volunteer retirement

Sir I am serving soldier indian army since 14 years 9 months now I want to take volunteer retirement, but my senior officer do not give permission for put retirement application,pl tell me what I do.

You are working with Defence organisation, Government of India. I think it's own rules regarding voluntary retirement in respect of each category of cadres.you must follow respective Rules applicable for you lest you may face Disciplinary action as the governing
Service Rules.It may kindly be noted that VR can not be treated as matter of right.If you primarily fulfil conditionalities of VR, you.simple apply for the same.The authority must examine grounds for your request for VR and pass reasoned order.If such order is found to be prejudiced against you ,it is open to you to appeal against such order before the competent aruthority.

MY OPINION THAT i follow your submission & i think you have legitimate right to get volunteer retirement ,you have so legal scopes for that ,you have steps to do follow to get legally volunteer retirement,you do follow.
