How to skip notice period and join new company

My employer just drop a mail informing that company is closing from 31st May 2017. Can I join new company from 1st June?? Can Employer sue me for that?? Our notice period is of 3 month and I didn't resign. I join the company from 14th March 2017 and I didn't get sigle salary.what can I do for my pending salary??

you can send a legal notice to your previous company asking to clear your previous dues with immediate effect. if the company has closed down then send a legal notice to your director/partners. in case they do not clear it then you may approach the labour court or can file a suit for recovery.
