How to safeguard myself in case of breach of service agreement?

24-Jul-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I was employed with a PSU for last 4 year and decided to resign due to personal problems. I had signed 6 year service bond of Rs 5 Lac with the company at the time of joining. Bond was signed on stamp paper with one of my relative as Surety. Company has send me letter stating that I to pay bond amount immediately or else legal action will be taken against me. Currently I am unemployed and don’t have plan to work as of now. Please let me know what kind of action can be taken by the company and how can I protect myself.

As per our Constitution there is no bond service is available.so, you can send a lawyer's notice regarding this issue with the relevant papers. Moreover your problem will be solved with a lawyer's notice it self if not done so you can file a complaint before the Labour Commissioner.
