How to resolve dispute with ex employer

I have dispute with ex employer relevant termination with out any notice pay

Termination Without notice is wrong, you will have to follow the method of termination as mentioned in the agreement of the appointment on which you both were agree at time of appointment, without following the condition given in the agreement your act of termination is illegal and arbitrary if you want to terminate the service of employee then you should follow the condition prescribed in the agreement.

Yes you can but you had not eloberated your query so it's hard to understand actual condition.employer cannot do any such thing without any notice or without pay in case of notice not given and should mention the reason why they want to terminate you
