how to recovery balance salary from previous employer company

In my last company my salary is balance around 2lakhs. I have given proper resignation as per appointment letter with one month notice period and got relieving letter from HR. At the time of recieving relieving letter they assured me that they will give my salary. But it has become 1 year and now they are not recieving my phone. I went to police station but they only registered NC and given me copy of that and asked me to go court. Please help me I have each and every document.

Basically the procedure for recovery of your full and final settlement is that,
Initially you should send a legal notice to the company through and advocate asking for your full and final settlement be done.
Thereafter, if the company doesn’t respond to the same then you can file a suit for the recovery of your dues in the concerned civil court.
