How to recover three months of pending salary ?

I was wrk wth Your Fitness club Pvt. Ltd. (YFC) as a club manager in Ujjain Banswara and Ratlam branch and I dnt got my three month salary is many total 60,000 plz provide me a legal advice hw can I got my salary wth take a legal action against YFC
To get the full and final settlement from the Company you can send the company a legal Notice asking for the Settlement of the account. If they fail to reply to the legal notice or pay the final settlement account you can file a case against them for recovery of money from the company. Also we need to go through the agreement to advice you for precise action.
