How to recover my documents from ex-employer

i write agreement for 3.5 years they keep all my certificates along with all certificates from school to degree.i complete my bond .they are refusing to give my certificates.what is the legal procedure to fight with them i get job in mnc company what are the documents required to take legal action. please specify necessary documents to take legal action.
