How to re join as LD Clerk after technical resignation

I am a Stenographer and a Central Government Employee. I have joined Stenographer(on 29.06.2016) by technical resignation and (from LDC joined on 28.02.2015). Can I have re join as LD Clerk. And what should I do?
You need to speak to your bosses regarding this, you can ask them to recall/ call off your resignation. to know about the exact formalities you can file a RTI (Right To Information) asking about the rules and regulations of your organization and reinstatement of your job.
