How to proceed against harassment for my previous employer

I was forced to leave my job because of the harassment from my employer. Now he is after me to meet him in personal in the office with my parents. He has left behind few fellows after me who follows me throughout my way.. where ever i go. He has posted my name on his website stating that "breach of trust". He is keep on sending me a letters stating final chance to come clean or else he will file a complaint against me that i have misused his companies data. Please help me what should be our next step.

you can file a criminal complaint against your employer and other concern persons also in the police station about the harassment as well as forced resignation . you should made a complaint in police station about his threaten regarding false case also . you should also make a effort to follow the service conditions and request him do not blackmail to you. otherwise you should approach to industrial tribunal also.
