How to obtain full and final settlement for ex employer

I have properly resign from my previous company on 2nd feb 2015. but still i have not receive my final settlement. HR head is not responding to my calls. Need advice.
You send a legal notice to your company through your lawyer Nd then approach to labour commissioner office where the company is located. You can file a private complaint in magistrate court fir putting pressure on your company.
