How to initiate recovery of payments from previous employer company

Sir I have give resign from my compani and I give one month notice and company give the reliving latter after one month but company not give my ful and final payment and pending my one month salary .company he person say as per your appointment letter you have not give three month notice but company already relive me from companies so how I receive my pending payment regards bhupendra sharma
You send a demand letter asking for settlement of your dues. if no response or in any case you are not satisfied with there response. Then you can send a legal notice. for the same through an advocate .or else file a suit f/ court case for recovery of your dues.
