How to initiate full and final settlement from company

Undersigned worked for a company from 2007 to 2014. Company provided the F&F statement in 2015 and not yet paid. Statement contains leave encashment, Gratuity, Salary etc. Do let me know the way forward....
You can file a case for declaration or recovery suit depending upon the documents available with you, your offer of appointment,service condition s applicant to you, copies in correspondence with your employer. An application b4 the labour court could be another possibility.Feel free to consult on the subject
