How to initiate final settlement of dues with previous employer

15-Feb-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Q1. How long employer can withhold final due settlement? Q2. Annual incentive is part of my CTC. Am I eligible to receive it for the service period of 11 months I served in this fiscal Q3. Ex Employer asking me to come in person to collect dues in form of cheque on a particular time not suitable to me. Request to change schedule is also denied. Can it be considered as reluctance to pay dues?

You send a demand letter asking for settlement of your dues. if no response or in any case you are not satisfied with there response. Then you can send a legal notice. for the same through an advocate .or else file a suit f/ court case for recovery of your dues.
