How to get my due salary from company

18-Aug-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
13 people including me were offered package of 4.5lac min on confirmation after one year training. On confirmation, our salary package breakup showed 4.5lac but had a component called vpa of approx 50k which was dependent on rating and company performance. Due to ratings and low company performance we didn't get vpa thus only got 4 lac PA. We talked to management then initiated whistle blower and hence all were paid the remaining amount in form of arrears except me as I had resigned and was serving notice period and was given the same reason. I tried to reason and now want to sue the company.

The initial step for recovery of your pending money is to send a legal notice to the company.

In the legal notice we provide a stipulated time to return the money failing to do so, you would require to file a civil suit for recovery in the concerned civil court. Please note that you will have to pay the corresponding court fee as per the amount of recovery to file the recovery suit.
No, there is no time limit for you to ask for your salary.
