How to get full and final settlement from the employer

dear sir I worked as a loss prevention executive at walmart india pvt ltd from 18 june 2015 to 16 oct 2016 after resignation in my notice period i have sent 50000rs stock excess to a customer and we found this mistake and we called that customer and recovered that amount .and i have completed my notice period . before this i have so many issues with my reporting manager for his attitude and misbehavior and i raised a complaint against him to our HO . Now after 3 monts of resignation still ididn't received my full and final settlement amount and regarding this i called my HR and she is saying that she need clearence from my reporting manager on that 50000rs issue and i tried to call him but he didn't respond i have sent a mail to my reporting manager and our HO also but they didn;t respond pls give me a advise

You send a demand letter asking for settlement of your dues. if no response or in any case you are not satisfied with there response. Then you can send a legal notice. for the same through an advocate .or else file a suit f/ court case for recovery of your dues.
