How to get experience letter from employer if breaking the contract

24-Apr-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
My company has made us sign a bond of 2 years. Bond states 1.They will cut some amount every month for 2 years and that amount will be returned after 2 years. 2.If i leave company before 2 years I will not get the retention amount. My question is if I resign before 2 years and don't ask for the retention amount .I will serve the notice period which is asked by the company. Then will I get my experience letter and relieving letter? Nothing about letter is mentioned in the bond.

yes. if the company is accept your resignation and your not asking retention amount then company will be reliev ietter and issue the experince certificate. it is not required to mention in the bond . if your company is a factory then you may get relieving letter & experience certificate from your employer.

Yes, you can do so. Also, your employer can not retain any certificates/letters/documents/ Also, you can ask him to provide you with full and final settlement. If he denies to t=provide you the same then you can send him a legal notice followed by a civil recovery suit in the jurisdictional civil court.
