How to gain benefit of arear

sir,i am working on contract basis in dtte,i was given basis+gp+da.few faculty from my college filed a case and won case with +hrabasic+gp+,da+ta and waseffective from 2014.will i be entitled to claim the benefit of arrear as i was also working in 2014 in same department
As you were not the party to the matter in Court you are not directly eligible for the benefit unless the Court has specifically stated in order that all similarly placed persons are also eligible for benefits. You may have to file a case yourself quoting the order in case of other employees to claim benefit. Contact with details.

Whether you would get similar benefits or not would foremost depend upon the nature of employment of the similarly situated people. if they are the one who have been given a regular appointment and are not contractual employees(Ad hoc) then the benefits received by them will not be available to you. However if they too were contractual employees then you can lay a claim for benefits given to such Contractual employees.
