How to file for a salary dues case

I have salary dues from Abhijeet Ferro Alloys HO Nagpur. Their plant is in Vizag. Can I file case in Vizag
You will have to send a legal notice demanding full and final settlement of your dues from the said employer, and if the said employer denies to comply with the said notice then you will have to file a recovery suit in the jurisdictional civil court, i.e, where you were working.
