How to file complaint against cruelty and harassment

A GRPF official filed a false complaint against us. Train which did not even arrive, he says that we supplied Water in it illegally. CCTV of station can prove that. He picked up my workers due to personal vendetta. I am a contractor at a Station with Valid Licences. One GRPF official is demanding 5000/- every month which i can`t afford hence he is targeting my workers regularly. Abusing and harassing. What can be done ?
You need to lodge a formal complaint against the official who is harassing you and if the police denies taking your complaint you can file a case under section 156 and 200 of the criminal procedure code against the official. kindly dont delay it and such officers should be terminated and sent behind bars. next time he asks for 5000 rs kindly make a recording and file the recording before the court and anti corruption department as well.
