How to file a case against SSC for declaration of result

02-Jun-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
SSC invited applications for Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination in July 2015. And it's June 2017 and process is not going to complete any soon. In Tier 2 of the said examination, some guy didn't fill his roll no. and ticket no properly and was rejected. He filed case against SSC in CAT to be included, CAT asked SSC to cjeck his copy, which commission is reluctant to do, saying it'll happen again and again in future if they do. It's a ball game between SSC, DoPT and CAT. SSC isn't declaring result of other 40k+ students, citing matter is subjudice. CGL 2016 too had hearing in court but process never stopped. Then why it's a different game now. 1. What other candidates can do, so process gets over real soon? 2. Can we file case against SSC for declaration of result of other candidates and keep other rejected guys in additional list? 3. Isn't it unfair to others? It has drained us guys mentally. 4. Isn't it against rights, to make many people suffer for a few.
